Florida Hills-Great Family Villa 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 10 Sleeps

Our beautiful family owned 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom (2 master bedrooms with en-suites) villa is fully air conditioned / centrally heated is superbly equipped and furnished to a very high standard for the occupancy of up to 10 people.

It boasts a Private Pool Area, Hot Tub, Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Separate Children's Pool, Large Sun Deck, Games Area, Wireless High Speed Internet Access and Free International Phone Calls.

This is not a “standard rental home” this is our second home and is equipped accordingly it has many little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We visit our home regularly and take great pride in ensuring that you will enjoy your stay in our home as much as we do. We have a wonderful local Management Company that are on hand to deal with any eventuality or questions you may have during your vacation.

Kitchen - The kitchen with table and chairs is fully equipped to a high standard - Gas Cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer and more. We also provide plastic ware for use around the pool table and chairs and for our younger guests their own Scooby Doo bowls and plates.

Laundry Facilities – The large washer and dryer are located in the double garage. We also provide a clothes airer, linen baskets, iron and iron board.

The Dining area with wrought iron glassed topped table and matching wrought iron padded chairs is enhanced by the floor to ceiling mirrored wall.

The Lounge - This light bright and airy room with high ceilings is fully carpeted and lavishly furnished with a Floridian feel. The room with three comfortable settees, occasional tables, table lamps and ceiling fan has a Large LCD HD Television connected to HD and Digital Cable Channels which include the Disney Channel, Fox Sports for UK premiership football games and Speed for the F1. Within the elegant entertainment unit you will also find a Hi-Fi system with IPod docking, VCR and DVD player, a selection of videos & DVD’s, books and games for all the family to enjoy.

1st Master Bedroom has a Large American King-sized bed with a pillow topped mattress and quality bedding, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, a dresser with mirror, chair, ceiling fan, Television with Digital Cable Channels, DVD player and a telephone. For those guests bringing their laptops we have also included a laptop table and chair.

1st Master En-Suite has twin vanity unit, twin corner bath, toilet and large shower cubicle.

2nd Master Bedroom has an American Queen-Sized bed with pillow topped mattress and quality bedding, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, dresser with mirror, chair, ceiling fan, LCD TV with Cable Channels, DVD Player and a telephone.
2nd Master En-Suite has a vanity unit, toilet and large shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3 is a child’s dream room decorated with a Scooby Doo theme. It has a double bed with a single bunk above, Television with Cable Channels, DVD player, VCR, PS2 Games Console, games, 2 chairs a tower fan and drawer unit. A single fold away bed with bedding  is also provided.

Bedroom 4 this bright and airy room overlooking the pool deck has twin beds with lights over, quality mattresses and lighthouse bedding, Television with Cable Channels, DVD player and ceiling fan. It has been thoughtful decorated with a lighthouse theme.

The 3rd Bathroom has toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All bedrooms have large walk in closets, drawer units, fans, cable TV’s, DVD players and alarm clocks.

"Scooby Doo's" Games Area with Pool Table, Table Football, Air Hockey and Electronic Dart Board is a great place to hang out. We have also provided 2 sets of Gents Golf Clubs, a ladies set of golf clubs and 4 tennis racquets for our guests use.

The Pool Area with Heated Swimming Pool, stand alone Hot Tub, separate Children's Pool and covered Lanai (Patio) is fenced to give you privacy - You are not overlooked from any side!
The main pool is approximately 26' by 13' and 3ft to 5ft deep, the children's pool is approximately 18 inches deep these are thermostatically controlled all year round.
The Hot Tub is a great place to relax after a day at the Theme Park and is heated 24 hours a day.
The Large Deck area provides ample space for you to enjoy the Florida Sunshine with padded Chairs, Loungers, Reclining Chairs and Stools.
An Electric BBQ Grill is provided for you to enjoy those Al-Fresco meals around the Patio Table.
The Covered Lanai area is ideal for guests wanting some shade.


We also have a Wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems. Why not have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.
